Friday at the fifth edition of the Cherry Pop Festival begins with the panel discussion Let It (Not) Stay Between Us, which focuses on toxic relationships and the often unrecognised forms of violence present in everyday and intimate relationships. Starting from the lack of systematic education on violence and gender equality, the discussion will address questions of emotional manipulation, control and humiliation, as well as the ways in which such patterns of behaviour are normalised, swept under the carpet or difficult to recognise.
The discussion will feature local expert panellists and will be moderated by Karla Kostadinovski. The event will be held in Croatian.
